The New MPO Evaluation and Ranking (E&R) Process for the upcoming 2024 application period (Cycle 5) has been submitted to the MAP Administrator and is now available on the New MCPs website. The document contains guidance on submitting New MCP applications, the scoring distribution system used to rank projects, and an overview of the evaluation, ranking, and recommendation process. Municipalities may submit their completed New MCP applications starting Friday, February 9th at 8:00 a.m. The application period closes Friday, March 8th at 5:00 p.m. The New Municipal Capital Projects (MCPs) Portal is accessible to municipal representatives to review projects submitted during last year’s application period and build new applications for the 2024 open application period (Cycle 5).
