After evaluating and ranking 56 eligible New Municipal Capital Project (MCP) applications submitted during the 2024 open application period (Cycle 5), the MPO support team identified the highest ranked New MCPs within the estimated FY2029 Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) of $29,957,440. Per the requirements of the Second Amendment, the MPO recommended the two (2) highest ranked projects totaling $24,423,168 before the next highest ranked project exceeded the available MAG.
