The New Municipal Capital Projects (MCPs) Portal is now accessible to municipal representatives to review projects submitted during last year’s application period and build new applications for the 2024 open application period (Cycle 5). New passwords have been generated for each municipality to ensure our systems meet the most up-to-date cyber security standards. The MPO Surtax Manager provides passwords to the Single Surtax Point-of-Contact (SSPOC) after a brief questionnaire is submitted demonstrating a working knowledge of the Second Amendment and the New MPO Evaluation and Ranking Process (New MPO E&R Process).
