The New MCPs Portal is now accessible to municipal representatives to review projects submitted during last year’s open application period and build new applications to be submitted this year. New passwords have been generated for each municipal representative to ensure our systems meet the most up-to-date cyber security standards. Passwords are provided by contacting the MPO Surtax Manager to discuss your applications. One-on-one meetings are not required to obtain your password.
